Getting ready for the most epic hip and heart opener….the Vinyasa of birth!

I’ll be taking a break from teaching yoga to have a baby in Jan 2024. Looking forward to coming back in a few months! Feel free to send me a message here about future group or private sessions in the Spring.

I’ve been teaching yoga for about 4 years. My Vinyasa classes consist of sequences that blend strength, mobility and an exploratory approach to alignment. My goal is to provide students with more awareness and command of their own body. I’m also certified in other styles of yoga such as yin, restorative, meditation, prenatal and yoga nidra.

What’s a Wellness Coach?

A Wellness Coach serves as an advocate for a client’s wellness goals. A coach and client work together in cultivating new habits that are sustainable and lead to self-sufficiency. This all happens when the client uses their own strengths, skills and values. If a client expresses interest, a health coach can provide science based information and resources as it relates to the goal they are working towards.

about me

I’m a NYC based yoga instructor and board certified health and wellness coach. I enjoy helping other people work towards their healthiest self. I’m a life-long learner! I love learning about nutrition, ayurveda, anatomy/kinesiology and yoga. It’s exciting to see the connection between the teachings of yoga and other approaches to wellness. I enjoy running, taking fitness classes, photography and sewing.

This training included modules for families, children, pregnancy and seniors.
